11:15 AM - 12:15 PM	Walk With Ease (WWE) - Walk WIth Ease - Fall 2025 Session Join us for a six-week fitness initiative designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Led by instructor Erna Lake, this program follows the Arthritis Foundation’s guidelines to provide a safe and effective exercise experience. Classes are held twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM at the Eagles Nest Walking Trail. The full six-week session includes 12 classes.Fall Session:Monday September 8Friday September 12Monday September 15Friday September 19Monday September 22Friday September 26Monday September 29Friday October 3Monday October 6Friday October 10Monday October 13Friday October 17 Registration: In-class registration only (no online registration available). Resident Fee: $5 for the entire session Non-Resident Fee: $6 for the entire session This program is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels and focuses on gentle, low-impact exercises. Join us and take a step toward better mobility and wellness!
5:15 PM - 7:30 PM	Trunk or Treat - Trunk or Treat Registration TRUNK-OR-TREAT Join us for a fun-filled evening at our annual Trunk or Treat event! This family-friendly program invites community members to decorate their car trunks in creative, spooky, or festive themes and distribute treats to children in a safe, controlled environment. Kids are encouraged to come in costume and enjoy trick-or-treating from car to car. It's a great way to celebrate Halloween while fostering community spirit. Don’t miss the chance to participate in games, contests, and more!Trunk or Treat event hours are 5:15 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, October 17, 2025.  There is no rain date.  Please check in with NLRA staff upon arrival.  Set up must be completed by 4:45pm on Friday, October 17th.  Please contact NLRA if you need to make any special arrangements with regards to set-up.
