Join us for a six-week fitness initiative designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Led by instructor Erna Lake, this program follows the Arthritis Foundation’s guidelines to provide a safe and effective exercise experience.
Classes are held twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM at the Eagles Nest Walking Trail. The full six-week session includes 12 classes.

Registration:
- In-class registration only (no online registration available).
- Resident Fee: $5 for the entire session
- Non-Resident Fee: $6 for the entire session
